Miranda Sita is a digital media creative based on Bainbridge Island, Washington and often in New York City.
I hold a B.S. in Integrated Digital Media from New York University’s Tandon School of Engineering and built a career in the 2010s working for for Vox Media and Columbia Global Reports. Now returned to Pacific Northwest roots, I combine industry experience with a passion for emerging technology and authentic narrative through documentary-style content production.

My work spans video, audio, and web projects for publishers, educators, and organizations seeking high-quality storytelling and technical expertise.
Born and raised in Seattle, I come from a family deeply committed to education and service. My father is a retired U.S. Navy Chief, my mother is a ceramic artist, and my brother is a teacher and mountaineer. After a dynamic decade in New York, I returned to Bainbridge Island with my husband, Mike (a marketing nerd), and our young son. Life here centers on parenting, gardening, reading, and connecting with community.
